Why Communication is the Key to Career Success

Have you ever experienced the frustration of seeing less experienced colleagues getting promoted ahead of you? It can be disheartening and seem unfair. But the truth is, there is a reason why these colleagues are advancing in their careers at a faster rate, and it has to do with the three levels of value: implementation, unification, and communication.
Level 1: Implementation
The first level of value is implementation. As an implementer, you are known for being reliable, disciplined, and focused. You excel at your work and are highly skilled in your field. Companies hire you for your technical knowledge and expertise, expecting you to be diligent and efficient. While implementers are crucial in moving things forward and getting things done, this level of value is the lowest in the marketplace. As an implementer, you may find yourself stuck, feeling unnoticed and lacking visibility.
Level 2: Unification
The second level of value is unification. At this level, you transition from being the doer to a manager. Instead of doing the work yourself, you oversee people, processes, and projects. As a manager, you utilize your management skills to ensure that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently…
