The Most Powerful Gatekeeper

Who is the most powerful gatekeeper? You know, the one you believe who really keeps you from doing things? I know who it is . . . And I bet you do, too.

You know, I worked in recruiting for many years. I’ve helped the one men’s retreats around the country. I have an MSW. I did some Institute Training at a psychoanalytic institute in New York. I’ve got a weird and comprehensive background.

And one thing I learned a long time ago was that there are very powerful Gatekeepers out there. And well, I’ll just simply say listening to podcasts, watching videos, listening to people being interviewed on TV and elsewhere, I have learned that there is one incredibly powerful gatekeeper that keeps people from getting what they really want and that gatekeeper, frankly, is ourselves.
