Know Your Reason for Making a Career Change
When evaluating whether to make a transition, it’s important to understand why you want to make the change. Knowing your true motivation and purpose behind the transition will give you greater clarity and help you to set more realistic expectations during the process. Ask yourself the following questions to better understand your motivation behind making a career transition: What do you like and dislike about your current work? What do you see as a challenge or opportunity in your current job (I see these as a positive)…
