Sabbath

Events in the world have dictated that we come to an abrupt halt.

We have the choice of how we respond to this.

Some people are pointing fingers and who could have done something better.

Some people are working hard to develop solutions.

For the rest of us, we have been encouraged to take a Sabbath.

No matter what your faith is, the idea of the Sabbath is to pause.

Some, will worship God.

Some, will show appreciation for all that is good in life.

This is a time where we can create a Sabbath and use our time with wisdom, not hatred.

The universe has told us to shut up.

Professionally, I believe everyone knows what to do.

If you don’t, start by caring for others instead of arguing with them. It’s good practice to do this and you can take it into Digital life, as well.

Start by seeing what you can do to help someone else. It’s good practice to do this and take into your personal life, as well.

Start by remembering to say “please” and “thank you,” again.

Stop fueling hatred of anyone or anything.

It’s time to go within and let others develop solutions.

Your frustration doesn’t need a place to be heard. It lives within you all the time.

Take the Sabbath and make prayers for others.
