Respectfully, all the hidden job market is are unadvertised positions. Why aren't they advertised? No budget. Why don't they put jobs on their website? Whose going to find the job if their website gets no traffic or the wrong traffic. Why do startups hire people from the outside? Because one of the reasons their leaders are chosen is because they can bring a number of new team members with them who know the little and big things about working with that leader and get to work quickly and deliver results.
