Almost anything you do is peppered with doubt.

It is also peppered with the belief that flavor is less intense than the doubt.

We listen to doubt pepper and let it hesitate or pause us from what we know we can do or think.

It is very spicy.

The doubt pepper reflects our fear.

When you’re afraid, you are challenging yourself, and from the time we were young, we were trying to fear failure more than enjoy success.

You always have to be progressing, or else you find yourself dulling your senses, becoming bored, and losing interest.

People have the bad habit of reminding us of our failures. We take on their opinions as facts — that we are a failure, not that we tried something and it didn’t work out.

Failure is The Voice of Doom that hovers over us.

It calls out to us, but we don’t have to answer it.

After all, it’s not what they call you that’s important.

It’s what you answer to.

What’s also interesting to me is that some people argue to us to slow down when we try to be exceptional.

They try to persuade us that striving to become exceptional is a bad thing.
