This morning, I logged into online banking and discovered a withdrawal that I had not authorized. It also seemed as though it was a credit card from this bank that I do not have with this bank.

As I picked up my phone and called the bank, I felt the pressure in my body grow, knowing that was going to be a process to get this solved, even though I bank with “America’s most convenient bank.”
